Question Replacing the Radiator, and a timing belt question

I have an 02 S80 T6 Exec, with 73,000 miles on it. I plan to replace the radiator with a friend in my garage. It has been leaking heavily due to a low curb I drove over this past winter. Ideally I would like to replace the timeing belt, water pump etc. at the same time, but I am not skilled for that procedure and not ready financially. When I do decide to have the timeing belt replaced, does the radiator need to be taken out to accomplish this? Also if anyone has any tips on replacing this radiator, I would greatly appreciate them, what brand to buy, tools needed etc. as I have never done something of this magnatude. Ive looked for this subject online, but its not a hot topic.
Thanks, in advance..

Replace the rad ASAP. Having a leak is a bad risk to overheat and destroy the motor.

The radiator does not come out to do the timing belt or water pump so doing them at the same time won't really save you anything except some coolant.

I replaced the radiator as planned, not too difficult. When we were done, we filled it with fresh coolant, and started her up. The water pump is where I was loosing most of my coolant. The water pump failed. I took it in and had the water pump, and timing belt kit replaced. The car runs like new. I have been sleeping much better since the repairs have been make.
Thanks for your comments...
