Anyone have any suggestion on how I can remove a the small bolt that holds the rear rotor in place on a 01 V40? It's rusted in and slightly worn from my allen key as I was trying to unscrew it? The car's been sitting on our driveway for a good year, if not two. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance. I tried PB rust spray...anything else?

 

Do you have one of those Impact drivers that you can hit with a hammer and it turns to loosen the screw?

If all else fails and the rotor has 2 screws and one is stuck grind the head off the stuck one and leave it.
one should hold is fine.

Thanks for all the help, I drilled the entire screw out of the rotor. It took me a while, but finally got it off, but now the rotor is loose without that screw. Do anyone know the size and length of that screw so I can get one from Home Depot or is this a special dealer part as well? Is there a screw for the front rotors as well?

 

I think it is a 6mm thread. But it is a short screw.
