Default s60 suspension

I have 2003 Volvo S60 ( 75,000 miles) and recently checked by Volvo dealer. They suggest I should change inner tie rod ends ($745), front control arm bushings($470), and front sway bar links($215). The parts for all three items are around $100 to $150 found online order. Do I have to change these items because I didn't fell anything when I drived? Or if changed, Should I go regular auto repair shop to do the job? Thank you for your help!
