Special order means pay full price?

Special order means pay full price?
I'm about to order a 2018 V90 from the factory (I'm in the U. S., where dealers only sell the V90CC). Does this mean I'm bound to pay full list price, unless there are specific incentives? I won't be surprised if that's the case, since I'm buying the car rather than having a dealer try to sell it to me.
