starting/stuturing problem

[align=left]2000 s70 2.4t 104k miles hard starting revs up slowly settles down then when gets to normal temp stuters when in gear/ac on. check engine lite on says turbo reg switch- changed out as well as vac hoses. no change. thoughts?

What was the exact code that was in there?

the code said turbo super boost regulator this was done at a local repair shop

If it is that then one of the lines for the turbo system is broke.
That is one of the small vacuum lines going to the turbo.
