I have to replace my (broken into and damaged) metal sunroof for my beloved 144 sedan. I was told it is possible that the panels for the 240 series night do the trick as well (these are more in abundance and cheaper). Does anyone know if it is the same part?

Not sure but check with your local salvage yard.Some have computer systems that can tell you.
