I'm not sure, myself I'm keen to know if the entire front clip is interchangable between the 240s, the 140s, and the 164s. I'll bet that the five-mile-per-hour bumpers have a different mount than the earlier ones, though.
You should be proud of your big ol' 240 bumpers, though. I know I am.
