Default Is there a scanner that can do all Volvo?

hi,everyone, new here to know for some advice on which diagnostic tool should I buy to do all Volvo key programming.
For a new electrician,it's sad that Tango and tmpro2 don't cover all Volvos key programming.
Hope to hear from you,thanks

I think it's all proprietary stuff.
I have never been about to find those special codes.

Interesting and very detailed technical stuff on that Lonsdor link.
Clearly, Volvo is trying to reinvent the electronic key.
Unfortunately, the universal "key" is a smartphone, not an expensive plastic key fob.
Look for a totally new "lock and key" design in their all electric cars.

*BTW, my 2007 had a mechanical lock with a hybrid key, which always makes me press one of the door lock buttons when I try to twist it in the old style locks. It keeps locking or unlocking all my doors, particularly when I have to wear gloves. Annoying design. The S40 design was interesting, but looks expensive and too complicated.
