Looking at a used volvo's in the 2000-2006 year range to replace my 2004 S60 that was totaled in an accident. I loved my S60 as I had since 2007 and put 200K miles on.

I was looking at some of the SUV's\wagons and started to do a little research and I keep running into "transmission" issues. Is there certain models to avoid?

Avoid 2001 year model S60's, those seem to be very problematic with the common transmission issues.
