Need to replace spark plugs, and what brand or type will give me the best performance???

 

Spark plugs do not improve performance. However, if you don't want to change plugs for 80k kms, buy some iridium or platinum plugs.
If you want standard plugs, use teh factory recommended plugs. They spent a lot of time testing them to make sure they were right for the car.
