Hello

Its about time that I get my spark plugs replaced on my car. Im just wondering which spark plug brand would be best for this car. Should I buy NGK, Bosch, Autolite double platinum(which I currently have now which were put in by the owner before me at 70K) or should I just get the original Volvo ones just to be safe. So I would like some opinons from you guys or from tech before I make a decision.

Either go OEM or Bosch Platinums.

 

Which would you say are better. Is there a difference between the two.

 

Not really any difference just preference. I use the Bosch.

 

if your running the t6 id go with a simple copper plug. i do in mine and results are great. no spark knock or anything. gap them slightly less than what oem standards suggest. again, this is only with the turbo. they run a little cooler which is good for turbos and the smaller the gap the less chance the boost will blow out the spark...

 

I use the Bosch Iridium Fusion plugs... they cost about $8 each but I guess it should be worth it...
I cant really tell too much of a difference from the oem but i assume in a t6 you may feel it more...
