So my local delearship, totally ignored the letter from the Better Business Bureau, and a letter from my Lawyer. I cannot believe they are letting them go this far.

Its really weird that they did not respond to the letters, we have so much proof, its a very solid case. Now that it since it will go to court - a high court - if we win we will be entitled to a minimum of: double of the moneywhat we asked from them and a maxium of triple the money we asked from them.Thats about 13000$ - 18000$.......

Story:Local Volvo DelearshipSold a warranty, we bought the warranty on 09/2007, changed the startingdate of the warranty to the day we bought the car (06/2005). Also blacked out the mileage on the contract, and as well the delearship lost all the paper work. The mileage that the warranty companyhas does not match with the services done on the car.

P.S.Alsoif Anyone has American AutoGuardian for a warrany, Ipersonally have found them to be veryunprofessional, if you can get your money back, i strongly recccomend that, I have read a ton of bad reviews on this company online.
