So your adding acetone into the fuel tank.

Umm thanks but no thanks, I like my rubber seals and hoses just the way they are.

not found a complaint of deteriating rubber yet. acetone forums have been going now for six years and people clame to have used it for over 50 years. ive had a hose soaked in acetone for26 monthes now. if i come across someone who has had problems id certinally stop but ive done a fair bit of homework on this i woudnt just put any new product down my tank either

so far it is clamed to help piston seals, stop that unburnt black soot from diesels (works too) reduce hydrocarbon emissions and reduce formation of water ice crystels in below zero weather and of coarse increase the ron hense the milage by inherit molecular vibration(stirs up the fuel molecules)

ive been impresed so far we get more harmfull additives put in our petrol in the uk you woudnt belive some of the rubish they put in especially cheap supermarket petroll its shocking
