My 2006 volvo c70 has been having crazy electrical issues like all the electronics surge in and out then speedometer will quit and so will the gas gauge and the power steering stopped working and the abs did too. But now the battery went dead so we recharged it and it had a huge draw on it so it creates sparks and we pulled out all the big fuses out one at a time in and out and it still does

 

Creates sparks!!? like where - under the dash, under the hood? Does it have a draw when the key is off? You certainly have a short somewhere so sounds like its time to start digging into the wiring diagram. Also consider pulling the relays out as well - if a relay gets stuck closed it can pass current regardless of the fuse. Also you may want to rent/borrow/buy a clamp style meter which measure current from the outside of a wire.

 

it creates sparks at the battery terminal currently we have only one terminal connected but when u touch the other one to the other terminal then it has sparks the battery is hooked up right just we cant put the final one on due to the sparks it makes and yes the key is out and it still does that
