Default Volvo Dealership Etiquette

Considering that Volvo dealerships in Canada are privately owned, how and to what extent they need to follow Volvo customer satisfaction principles?
What should be customer etiquette when entering a Volvo dealership and under which conditions the purchase there would be obligatory, if any?
How about rating the best and worst Volvo Dealerships in Canada?

Till this date I have not received any response from the owner or manager from Volvo Oakville, Canada. It is disgraced how poorly Volvo customers are served there. Looks like I'm not the only unsatisfactory customer, Ref. Add a Dealer Review (dealerrater.ca)
Worst there are Service Manager George Fotopolis and Sales Manager Wasay Sukhera who works in concert to intimidate Volvo owners. I live in Oakville, not far from Volvo Oakville dealership but has to service my vehicle 50 km away. That dealership is disgrace to Volvo. I still have not received an apology from the Manager Nelson Baptista who never tried to contact me about my complains. Completely ignorant bunch of non-professionals

And you are a name caller.
No store is obligated to wait on a jerk-wad. Nor must they be polite and take his/her/it's crap.
Please, don't come back with a 2000 word essay on how sweet you were when you went in, strewing $1000 bills like rose petals and begging to buy a car.
You are not a typical, nice customer that you want us to believe. You are an entitled, spoiled, immature brat, (I can call names too!).
Go work in a homeless food line for a while, work with your closest Catholic Church's St Vincent de Paul group.. Then, when you are ready for the big time, help out at a Special Olympics event near you.
THEN come back and tell us what a great person you are. But you'll probably be too busy with all the people who want to be your friend and bend over backward to help you.

You claim to be a Senior Member of Volvo Forum, and use such "profound" language!? Are you a some weak solder on guard for Oakville Volvo? If I'm a boss there I would remove you from the post as being incompetent.
You cannot insult me but your response is just another proof how disgraced are services and relations at that dealership. Since I do respect Volvo brand, I'll continue being laud about those bunch of non-professionals that should be kicked out from the great Volvo family.
Plus, looks like you have a temper problem, so here is an advice: Promptly visit a pharmacy to get something strong. Must admit, you also made me laugh.
