So recently "Mindy" (my '00 V70R awd) hit 110000 miles... while being pissed about that (I hate seeing that many numbers on my odometer, lol) someone mentioned something about the "High Mileage club" that Volvo offers. So I signed up for it. Anyone else do that yet? What all does it entail?

 

I think they send you a 100k badge.

 

Guess we'll need to do that for the boys 850 129,000 and as tight as the day it rolled off the assembly line.

99 V70, 205,000 and still solid.

 

Once you go over 200k, then it's time for high mileage emblems. 100k ain't nothing worth bragging about.

True story: I put the 100k emblem and the 200k emblem on my 1994 850 Turbo and about two weeks later the engine started wrapping and I had to sell the car for parts. It had 206K on the clock. I will probably never put them on again.
