Default Volvo v70 xc awd
sometimes heat comes in very softly at my feet while I am driving ,Please Help?

Are you talking about heat from the ventilation system?

Do you mean that when you have the heat on that it won't blow at high speed?

Yes heat from the ventilation system even though the fan is set to of and set to the coldest and not set on my feet
