Water Is Fuel
using the process of electrolisys the components of water can be broken up. in terms of thermodynamics, however, the amount of energy given off by recombining the molecules is slightly less than the amount of energy it takes to seperate them. in a perfect world it would be equal, but some energy is lost as heat when they are broken apart. so, in the end you would end up with less energy than when you started. this is a very inefficient process. the best way, in my opinion, would be to find a way to harness excess energy from your alternator (the excess isn't being used anyway) to separate the molecules and and the two gasses (H2 and O2) added to the air fuel mix for some added power. increasing power w/o increasing fuel consumption usually translates into less fuel consumption.
