XC90 xenon

Hello. I have volvo xc90 with standard halogen lamps. It is posible to replace it with xenon? I have oryginal xenon lamps and ballasts but when i switch lights they are blinks one thime and goes off..
i have volvo dice.

Balast or ignighter is bad...

get a cheapo set off of ebay... $34 and done

May be the voltage is not enough...
