Thinking of starting a list of the favorite times you drives and feelings with it.

Being 17 these are mine.

1. I live in Texas so sun sets around 9pm in the summer, and is same time i get off work. Taking the highway back home, and almost always have some one to play with, cruising around 90-95 with all the windows open and the drone of the exhaust.

2. Driving to Ricekiller.com Monday night meets. It's an awesome feeling when 1000 modified cars are all heading to the same place. Driving there and seeing people you know, weaving in and out of traffic with everyone's exhaust's screaming, it's just pure fun.

3. Driving out of the meets around midnight, with no one else on the road but a couple hundred modified cars, one of the greatest feelings. Me and a friend's straight piped audi were having a little fun cruising at about 90 when a 1200hp supra flies to my left and to his left a 1500hp twin turbo gallardo, and hearing the rev limiters bouncing off the walls, it's hard to describe how it feels to be part of a community that big.

 

I live right by Ortega Highway in SoCal, the 74. This highway is basically a 26 mile twisty road course. Superbikes do it in about 18 minutes. I regularly do it in low 20s...its one helluva engaging drive. Always a great time, as long as SLOWER TRAFFIC USES TURNOUTS. You hear that Prius drivers? LOL!
