If so, which brand and model? would you recommend it? I'm looking for a pretty loud (and relatively easy to install) BOV for my S80 T6.

 

I don't know how many or if anyone is running a BOV on an S80. However you can run a BOV.

1. I suggest you either get a HKS SSQV or TIAL.

2. Mounting options are as follows. If your Upper Intercooler Pipe is made from Aluminum have an Aluminum flange welded to it and attach the BOV to the flange and run your vaccum line. If your Upper Intercooler Pipe isn't Aluminum either have one custom made that is and do as I stated above or...

Or slice your Upper Intercooler Hose in half. Insert a "T" adapter into it and clamp each side down. Then attach the BOV to the top of the "T" adapter and run your vasccum line.
