Welcome.
Check out this link for a bunch of aftermarket sites: https://volvoforums.com/m_38606/tm.htm
Well...depends on how much you want to spend.
The best thing To do would be a ECU upgrade or a get a tuner like RICA or BSR and an MBC (manual boost controller).
ECU upgrade cost about $400-$800 but net worth is like 50hp/50+tq.
The tuners are expensive but net the A littler more with the MBC.
3in downpipe to a 2.5" cat back exhaust system and a air intake (or a drop in K&N panel filter) would help you and would be a good thing to do to get full potentional out of the ECU upgrades.
Remember that nothing in the Volvo world is cheap.

I forgot to mention...You can just buy a MBC and run the boost on the stock car at about 10-13psi.
You need to get a aftermarket boost gauge so you can see what you are running at.
Do the boost gauge first. Get one that goes atleast 25hg/25psi.
This way will only cost about $100 bucks for everything.

You should be careful with a MBC in newer (especially the R) Volvos. IIRC, it has to do with the fuel managemnet tuning, and guys who seem to know what they were doing couldn't get the tuning quite right. It was highly advised against MBC's and go with an ECU upgrade.
well i suggest gettin a streight pipe its not really expensive adn it sounds better and u get more power...u can always chip it check out www.evolvecars.com www.ipdusa.com maybe they have some i have an '06 s40 and i just deleted both resinators and i put a k&n intake on it try a few things its ur toy haha
