Default Best Way to Clean T-Tec Seats

I have a 2006 S40 with T-Tec seats, light gray. They are stained from water and grease in the back. What is the best way to clean them. I have read that ordinary products dont work... some recomen orange based cleaners, others steam cleaning, others say there is a special Volvo product but nobody knows its name or where to find it.

Please help me as i am trying to sell my car to get an XC60 so i need it to be detailled ASAP

I am not sure where u live, but if you can get wet suit cleaner or can get acess to it, it will work. I have done one car and also a Nissan with similar seats. I use wetsuits at work and we use something called 500 psi http://www.leisurepro.com/prod/AQUWB...ci_sku=AQUWBW8 . Normally when cleaning that type of material, you get staining from "dried proteins", so you want to clean with something that has an enzyme that eats the proteins

steam works well, I clean my seats with steam and they look like new at the end.
