Glove compartment question

RE: Glove compartment question
This is a copy/paste. I don't have experience removing it myself. So hopefully this is adequate.
Remove the soundproofing panel on the passenger side.
The back of the soundproofing panel is secured to the dashboard with clips and sits in a groove at the front.
-Remove the two screws
-Pull the clips straight down
-Pull the soundproofing panel backwards into the car
-Lift out the soundproofing panel.
Open the glove compartment.
Slide the two hooks on each side past the tabs.
Remove the gas strut by pulling it straight out.
Remove:
-ten screws
-the connector for the glove compartment lighting
-the connector for the foot well lighting
-the glove compartment.
