Don't see any connection between the two items on the wiring diagrams. For the seat check fuse F19 on the CEM ( 4/56, above the passengers feet), and fuse 10 in the D fusebox (left rear corner of car, the rear electrical box). Fuse A1 is a 50 amp fuse that is powering much more than just the seat. The first 2 appear to power the PSM (power seat module). For the 12 v outlets, (9/1 and 9/25 on the diagram) fuses 25 and 27 in the B fusebox (under the hood) power the outlets and the relay (2/193) for them. 17/19 is the 12v outlet in the cargo area if equipped.

many tks for the speedy informative reply much appreciated i shall look into it , 1 more thing you may be abke to help with , i know of a few mechanics that have fitted led lights tapped into the live feed of the heated door mirrors on vauxhall insignias , reason being is the car switches on high power usage systems when its doing a dpf regen , notably the heated mirrors on an insignia, I'm wondering if anyone knows what do volvos power up when doing regens , I'd like to find out to also fit the visual indicator ,

Sorry just noticed your steering wheel is on the other side! Hopefully all the electrical components will not be moved either. Can't help with diesels here in the US, they are not sold over here. .Power drivers seat looks like it uses the same fuses for RHD.
