Default AC/Heat/Defrost not blowing despite replacing blower motor and resistor

Hello!

First time posting here, thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer!

I have a 2000 S70 GLT SE and have recently had some problems with AC. At first I thought it wasn't blowing at all, but when I'm driving it will blow very lightly then cut out again, over and over. I can feel cold air coming through the vents, but it hardly has any force or pressure coming out. I did some research and was pointed towards the Blower Motor or Blower Motor Resistor. I just replaced both of those today, but unfortunately am still having the same issue. Any ideas of where I should look next?

Also, it may be unrelated but when I start the car, the lights for both my AC "ON" button, and my "RECIRCULATED AIR" button flash red about 20 times.

Again, thanks for any advice you can offer! This community seems very helpful, and I look forward to hearing your ideas!

That means there is a self diagnostic code stored in the climate control module. What year is your car - the procedures to get those codes are very different in that year range.
