We just bought this low-rust, low-mileage (102,000) 240DL a couple of months ago, and are working through the issues one at a time... it's our daily driver, we have 2 big dogs, live in a very rainy place, and are loving the little beast so far:

• wiper motor (may be defunct, as connections are fine)
• torn up seats (tan leather and ripped to shreds!)... what can we swap with easily and for cheap? (used is fine!)
• driver door handle (works but is loose on the outside)
• centre console missing entirely

We've replaced the fuel filter, pump, checkvalve, and fuel line between already, and it's running great, but lags a little when you step on the gas still

Post any suggestions you might have, or alternate parts! We're heading to a junkyard this week to pick through some old Volvos, but will be on the lookout for other compatible cars as well
