I just bought my first Volvo for 1,200. That felt like a really good price for the car. Had to get new tires and breaks. Now the windshield wipers aren't working. Replaced the fuse and I think it's only the motor. Going to ask around for a scan tester (or whatever its called) to make sure its receiving power before I take the next step. The engine thermostat isn't working. If the gauge isn't working does that mean the car doesn't know when it needs to cool it down? Resulting in overheating? And how would I fix that?
