Just picked up my first Volvo, a '94 850 turbo wagon. It's a project, as I knew going into it that it needed a head gasket changed (and I'm already budgeted for a head replacement, just in case), although I didn't realize until I got it home that reverse is slipping in the trans (shifted firm in drive, never even thought to check reverse...oops). It's probably going to end up costing me a small fortune to repair this thing now, but oh well, at least it's not going to women and booze

Details on me - 30 year old gear head, located in the Phoenix valley, lost count of how many different vehicles I've owned at 30, lol...everything from small econoboxes, big musclecars, small and big trucks, dedicated drag cars and rock crawlers. Current stable includes a '91 Mercury Capri (man...what a wretched little car that turned out to be...thankfully it at least gets good gas mileage), and a '61 International Scout 80.
