I am having serious stalling issues/ideling problems when I come to a stop. We have replaces the MAP, Idle air control valve, new plugs, new filters, thermostat, you name it we have tried it. Any suggestions Please!

 

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Troubleshooting Problems With Engine Idle

 

Hello, i'm having a similar issue with my 2003 S40 75kmls. The car has a very weak idle, in fact it cannot remain running on its own unless I keep my foot on the gas. I have cleaned out the Idle Control Valve so far, but the problem remains. What else can this be? i do not want to waste my money by changing parts w/o first finding the culprit. Also anyone know a good code reader tool?
