I have a '05 S60 in excellent condition. But the cd player gives error whenever I put a cd in it. I can't find the reason. What can it be??

See if the following URL's instruction applies to yours:

If not, the problem is most likely a dirty laser pickup that cannot read the pits on CDs. As a cheap alternative, you can find a CD player cleaner disk. If that doesn't help, the problem may be internal.

Post this question in the S60 section; people there should be able to help you better than I could.
