hello everyone, I just picked up my first Volvo, a passion red, gobi interior, S60R automatic.

it has been shifting hard for a while now according to the dealer who has been servicing this vehicle since new. they have tried updates and flushes but its still happening, so I decided to replace the trans. I am getting ready to do the task, and am looking for advice, tips, and tricks. or a write up if one has been done already.
