I am Kevin. Just bought a white 06 xc90 2.5t with 89k miles. I am a long time Honda/Chevy owner. Broke out of the cycle after a long hard look for the perfect suv for my wife and 3 kids. I went with the 2.5t because of the numerous positive posts from this forum and other websites about safety and reliability.

You definitely made the right choice with going with the 2.5 IMO. That engine in some shape or form has been around since the early 90s and is basically bullet proof at this point.
