Good Afternoon,
I have a 2011 XC60 that starts and runs great, but I have no interior electrics..no dash, no windows, no signals, no heater/AC, no radio, no power locks. WHAT THE HELL!!!!

Has anyone else had this problem? I know I must have a small leak somewhere, because my front carpets are damp.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, water leaks are common and sometimes that water gets into the CEM and causes all sorts of problems. If your carpets are damp - Under the carpets a foam rubber backing is attached. It's 4 inches thick in some places. The solution is to remove the carpets (all that are wet) and dry them. ( if you don't remove them that water gets really nasty after a while - mold, mildew, smells, all that good stuff) It can take a few days to dry 4 inch thick sponges. During that time find and fix the water leak, and send the CEM off for repair of the water damage.
