Default 2015 S60 T5 vibration in dash

I bought my first Volvo 2015 S60 T5 platinum certified used with 15000 miles on it last September (2017). I now have 29000 miles on it. My car has been to the service center 5 TIMES over the last twelve months to try and diagnose a vibration coming from the dash area. I searched the forum and have not found a similar issue. I do not feel the vibration I simply hear it and drives me insane. It happens at all speeds, even idle, at random. However, I do notice it happens a tad bit more on the highway. I have multiple videos/recordings of the sound (which can be heard here - https://youtu.be/65QnwZ0hOjY). I describe it like a soda can vibrating in your door or like a stuck peice of paper being blown really hard by a stream of air. They have kept my car for weeks, taken the dash out and done "whatever they can" but "can't seem to find the cause". Volvo doesn't seem to care enough to continue to figure it out. Please tell me someone out there is experiencing this or has and knows a fix??

Side note regarding software updates,
Three times now, I have had random technical issues (backup camera went out, display wouldn't turn on, radio stopped working. Each time I brought it in, the service advisor said it was because of a software update I needed. So the third time this happened I asked if they could maybe notify me that there is a new update available so that I can be proactive and not have to deal with my car features not working for days until I can bring it in and his response was "No, they don't do that." Is this seriously normal?

Signed,
Ready to drive this car off a cliff
