Hi...Question About an S60 Slight Accelerator Vibration
Hi, I am a new member and just bought a used 2004 S60 automatic with 45,000.
This is my first Volvo and first foreign car. I have driven GM's. I notice on this Volvo that when I step on the accelerator I get a slight vibration....not a smooth feel between my foot, the accelerator, anddrive train/transmission. I never felt this on any of my other cars...all were very smooth. With this vibration it is almost as if I feel a bit of heat too.
Am I being too picky, or is this just how a Volvo, or this model is? Or is there something mechanical that needs to be checked.
Thanks. I had a bit of difficulty getting registered so if this gets posted twice I apologize.

Welcome to the forum, and see a post in the S60 forum that contains the same problem (I see you already found it
). Follow Moderator Tech's advice, and check to see if the following recalls apply to your model, and if they have not been done, I would have them done at a dealer asap:

I'm an 850 driver and am not privy to the S60s, so I let other S60 experts help you.
Good luck,
