I have a 2014 V40 Cross Country. I had a very unusual alarm this morning. When I started the car, an alarm sounded. The sound seemed to be coming from behind the dash. Everything on the car worked and it drove normally. I eventually tried disconnecting al the plug in items and the alarm stopped. The alarm came from the dashcam. I checked the dashcam and found the sd card was faulty. I changed the sd card and everything is back to normal. I think it was just one of those things but it could have caused me some expense.
