I got a funny surprise when I turned the key the other day, the alarm sounded off, I DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT HAD AN ALARM, it basically scared the **** out of me, any idea how to disable the alarm? I dont want it. I checked the fuse list, theres no fuses for it.

If you don't care about the alarm, you could pysically break the electrical connection to the alarm horn...

Cut the wire[8D].

You could unplug the siren.

Or go under the dash on the drivers side and look at the relays close to the firewall. Look for one that says alarm system and remove it.

 

Why would you get rid of the alarm? When you lock the door, there should be a little pyramidal flashing tower in the middle of your dash that flashes, which means the alarm is activated. If you have the windows open, and try to unlock the door, the alarm will sound.

I would keep it if I were you..A good safety measure in case of theft. Who knows, you might need it some day...
