Been a while since last here but it was time to change car and due to all the changes coming about, I thought it was a good idea to change back to Volvo, have been running Passat's for a good few years and kinda always missed the old V40 that lost grip one winter on a bend covered in sheet ice , low speed so I was ok but the rock in the ditch holed the sump and the carefully placed birch tree damaged the roof, I drive a FH 500 for a living and ran a A25 for a while with a local contractor along with growing up with the exotics as they were called back in the late 70s and 80s when they came into the Bedford dealership I served my apprenticeship with, IE the Volvo's and scanias, anyways I thought bugger it and bought a 58k 69 plate V60 D3 momentum plus one owner Guildford based car from a stealership in Ayrshire, big mistake I should of hung out until one came up on selekt , so now starting to experience of the long list of various fault codes stored in the ECU after getting a diagnostic test done (AUTEL) there are 3 reagent codes which I am pretty sure are from previous owner not refilling the adblue, I hope, and oil level overfilled plus a P24C768 particulate matter sensor, will get the oil and filter changed this week which I am hoping is preventing a forced regeneration to see if it will help clear the dpf, which could be a good thing if the oil is contaminated with fuel, car running okay but is slightly lumpy at tickover and I feel a tad under powered , so please be gentle with me as I may come up with a few stupid questions over the next wee while as I attempt to rectify it, many thanks in advance, Ian PS if anyone has been through this I would love to hear your experience especially if you managed to resolve the issue, (reagent codes cleared)
