Default buying 2004 XC70

I'm looking at getting a 2004 XC70 144,000 miles and the timing belt was changed at 120k is there any problems I should look for? Also needs a remote key where would be the best place to find that?

Thanks

keys need to be programmed by the dealer. Good start on the timing belt. I'd look for a maintenance history and do a full inspection - CV joint boots in good shape? any suspension clunks going over bumps? Any signs of leakage from struts? Is the engine clean of any leaking? How does the inside of the oil filler cap look (brown staining is normal, foaming or gunk is not ). Any noises from the drive train ? does the transmission shift snappy? If you can pull the transmission dipstick, wipe on a white paper towel to test the color - should be reddish brown.
