Hi all I am not a mechanic but with my brothers help we usually get it done. But I've never dealt with a pcv so elaborate. I just need a part number for the kit for an 04 xc90 t6. I already have a leak from a faulty pcv and I'm worried. I don't have another vehicle and I drive quite a bit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

you have a few options - you can buy the parts at a dealer web store. I use Tasca Parts since they are here in New England and have the best genuine Volvo part prices I've found. I also use FCP Euro and IPD USA for OEM replacements. When you say you do the PCV, what is going on and what do you think you need to replace? Its possible you have a broken pipe or the oil separator has failed. If you simply need the oil separator (aka flame trap) its not so bad, if you decide you need to go with the whole kit, well you need to access all the hoses that plug into the block and then the intatke so that's somewhat involved.
