Default '01 T6 PCV replaced, still positive pressure

Hi everyone,
Recently I replaced the PCV catch can, seals and lines on our T6 car.
Then took it to mechanic after it was still blowing smoke out of the dipstick.

What gives? He suggested more serious engine trouble??

Cheers

Did you just replace the box or did you clean the block as well?

I cleaned the entrances into the block and I blew them out with an air compressor. There don't seem any blockages anywhere.

No idea what's happening.

Check to ensure one of the new hose lines of the PCV hasn't become somehow kinked causing a blockage.
