Like the other 90% of 99-01 S80 owners that have or will have the EMT (throttle module) fail, mine just got replace at the bargain price of $1200. I am looking for an update on the class action lawsuit out of California. Where do I file a complaint in order to join the lawsuit? How can I ensure that I get re-imbursed when it is final? Thanks.

 

Located within the July/August "Rolling" magazine there is an article stating that Volvo.................because of the pressure the U.S. gov't put on them, are now treating the 'throttle issue' with an open and generous purse. They will reimburse you for the throttle if you approach the dealer and ask them to submit your bill. Please let us know how you make out as there are many of us on the edge of when our throttles will fail...................
