Emergency key blade

Recently purchased a 2018 xc 60 Momentum T5. The two emergency keys were not in the fobs. How do we go about replacing them. The salesman has not been very helpful.

Easiest way is to ordered them from Volvo by the VIN. They will come precut to the key code on file.

I found a Volvo web store that will sell the blade uncut, but not sure if the local dealer parts department will cut it. I will call them. Thank you for your response.
