foul smell

Default foul smell

hey all

My name is lyonnell and I drive a black on black 96 850R. I love my car and I do take care of it. sorry i dont have a pic to post handy. anyway, lately I'm getting a very foul smell. does this have anything to do with my turbo?? I know i'm burning oil, but this doesn't quite smell like burnt oil... any help????

Maybe Vent system clogged?

Welcome to the forum Lyonnell, I hope it would be of helpfor you.

Could you specify a bit more on what kind of smell it is? Fuelish, coolanty, brake fluidy, rubbery, burning plasticky, exhausty, gunpowderish, etc...it doesn't smell like pizza, does it (it shouldn't, otherwise you would have stated it as "Pleasant/Appetising Smell")?
