I am a potential new Volvo owner living in South Africa, I am considering buying a new S60 in the next few coming months. I have never owned a Volvo before so I have been doing a bit of research, I must admit that I am very impressed with the level of equipment even in the entry level car.

Has anyone with a Volvo S60 experienced any problems?

I love our S60's we have two of them one FWD and one AWD. our AWD has 300k right now and still runs strong. Maintenance is the key to a successful volvo ownership.

Yes we have experienced problems , but nothing that any other car wouldn't of had.

What problems have you had if I may ask?

With the 5 year warranty and 5 year service plan my new S60 will obviously be serviced regularly according to Volvo guidelines.
