The experienced posters on Volvo Forums have been a big help in keeping my 2005 XC90 on the road, especially with front suspension jobs... just passed 200k miles :-)

For our other Volvo, a 2012 XC60, last year I ordered a keyless remote from a 3rd party vendor. It was the wrong one, a 5-button while I needed the 6 button. That $75 purchase has been sitting on a shelf, I'd gladly send it to a US member who can use it for the cost of shipping, $7 or so, I suppose.

The Volvo part number seems to be 8676870. A web search brings up lists of 2008-2018 Volvos, but be sure it's the right match for your car's options.
