Hard start from red light
A few times the car coming from a red light the moment I let off the brakes it sits for a few seconds and then it jerks forward and gets moving. Doesn't happen all the time but more often than not
hesitation could be due to various things - dirty throttlebody, MAF, idle air valve, plugs/coils or fuel pressure (sensor/regulator/pump). I'm also assuming you don't have a check engine light on or any codes to report. Depending on the mileage and service history, I'd probably start by inspecting the plugs and replace, consider replacing the coilpacks if they have 100K miles or more on them, clean the MAF, throttle body and idle valve (use CRC MAF cleaner - carb cleaner can be bad for the MAF), inspect for vacuum line cracks (spray around with some cleaner and listen for any idle bumps). After that you'd need a fuel pressure gauge or use a real time OBD2 reader to check for fuel trim at idle and during running. Any sounds like exhaust leaks?
