I just joined this forum as a volvo enthusiast and long time owner. I am hoping others here can help me keep my wagon in top shape and taxiing me around for a few more years. Thanks for all your help and feedback in advance!

My name is Kris Church and I am a volvo enthusiast, well I should say a long timer with Volvos. My father is a huge volvo fan and gave me one of his 1989 245 DL's when my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado decided to die. I was a working college student at the time so I was very appreciative for anything that would get me to point A, to B in a safe way. 300 thousand miles later and 2 college degrees it is still my daily driver. It is still going strong with a few minor hiccups.

Anyways, As a little girl I used to help him work on his 1974 244 DL. My father had a saying "no daughter of mine will get her license until she knows how to work on cars". So, from there I can work on pretty much anything. I am looking forward to meeting other Volvo owners.
