Hey to all those other Volvo owners out there, just bought a 2000 S40 1.9T 2 days ago, loving it so far, havnt seen any major issues. I wasnt sure if i should post this is technical problems or not, but im just wondering if there is anything i need to know or do to check out the car, i know the engine thermostat or something like that has been replaced already by the dealer, and not sure what else has been replaced. my dad owns a car shop and has worked on cars for over 30 years, so any parts i can get for very low price...And one last thing for now, the timing belt, i read the threads on it and it says Volvo says to change it at 105k, my car is currently just about to hit 80k miles and im considering replacing that and the serpentine belt and such.
